I have purchased from Texeresilk before via Amazon.com and been pleased with their products. This time, the calla lily chemise had a small flaw in the silk. I contacted the company about it. Within a few hours, a customer service rep called me and apologized profusely. Within a day, a replacement was on its way. This company makes excellent quality silk, and has exceptional customer service for the rare times some issue arises. They do business the old-fashioned way: offer a great product, and care that each and every customer is happy with their purchase. I like to judge a company not by what happens when everything is easy, but what happens when there is a problem. Texeresilk really steps up to the plate and delivers.

For the benefit of those who have never tried Texeresilk products before, their silk handwashes beautifully without shrinkage or bleeding. It's a great weight, not too hot for those in warmer climates, and very soft.

This nightgown is beautiful, it would thrill any woman who recieves it. Can't ask for better customer service to boot.

The silk is fluid and soft, and the artwork is beautiful. I gave this as a gift and am thinking of getting one for myself. The background color is slightly green, sort of a light luna moth-type green, which is a beautiful color. The straps are adjustable so it fits well. You just won't find a more beautiful gift at this price.
